This stunning French brass framed mirror with intricate Rococo style scroll design is topped with a handsome face of Bacchus the God of wine and dates from the second half of the 19th Century.

It is a handy size to fit in an alcove, cloakroom or to add to a collection of mirrors. The beveled mirror is the original and is in excellent condition with some foxing.

Frame is cast in heavy brass.

Period: 19th Century.

Frame Height: 37 cm / 14 1/2 inches approx.

Frame Width: 25 cm / 10 inches approx.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Frame has been cleaned but does retain some natural tarnishing. Some foxing and light marks to mirror. Please see pictures.
