This interesting antique boxing plaque which is made of heavy bronze, shows 2 boxers mid fight with the crowd looking on in the background and dates from the late 19th century.

This unusual plaque is a nice heavy weight and is of good quality. It could have possibly been given as part of an award plaque but is also a nice decorative piece.

A unique collector's piece for a boxing fan that would look great on display in a boxing museum, boxing club, bar etc or just a nice decorative piece of boxing memorabilia for your man cave.

Material: Bronze.

Date: Late 19th century.

Size: Length - 18.5 cm (7 1/4"). Width - 14.5 cm (5 3/4") approx.

Weight: 660 grams approx.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Has a wonderful dark bronze colour and nice patina with some areas of verdigris. Please see pictures.
