This large and impressive figure of a roaring lion is made of glazed terracotta / pottery, is impressed on the base 'Clem' and is later mounted on a black plinth.

A real statement piece that looks very impressive on display due to it's large size and stance.

Period: c1930.

Condition: Good used antique condition with some Scuffs, wear and lots of patina in keeping with age. Some small areas are deficient but it looks like this is from the modelling process.
