This unique hand carved wooden soccer ball is a piggy bank / money box and mounted on a wooden base which also features a picture frame. The front of the base is hand carved with "C.O.R.T". There are 2 screws which attach the base to the ball and these can be removed to take out the saved cash.

Dating from the 1930's the ball is excellently carved and has a wonderful patina. This unusual item of football memorabilia would look fantastic displayed on a desk, shelf or part of a display.

The picture frame part is a newer replacement, the picture is a modern print and not an original photo.
