This fabulous 19th Century French gilt bronze framed easel back table mirror in the Rococo style features a nicely detailed cherub to the top and is beautifully decorated with reeds, leaves, flowers, scrolls and a dolphin.
This wonderful quality mirror is fitted with the beautiful original shaped hand bevelled mirror and dates from c1880.
This mirror has an easel back so can sit nicely on a dressing table and the frame is cast in heavy gilt bronze.
Period: 19th Century - c1880.
Marks: There are some stamped marks to the back but these are not readable.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Frame has some natural wear to gilt highlights giving it a nice patina. There is a small area that has been restored to the top. Mirror plate is in excellent original condition with no breaks or cracks. Please see pictures.
