This interesting cricket ball trophy bears a silver plaque that reads Linden Park v Gravesend 11th Aug. 1937. Presented to W.A.C. Brisley who performed the Hat Trick with this ball - and was presented to bowlers who took a hat trick.
A very nice quality trophy that would be an excellent addition to a collection of cricket memorabilia and looks wonderful on display.
No markings on the silver plaque but tests as silver.
Weight: 156 g total.
Condition: Very good antique condition with some wear to ball with a wonderful patina. The ball was used in the match. Silver plaque is in very good condition with some small marks and tarnish. Please see pictures.
