These two Indian silver menu holders which are of very nice quality and a good heavy weight are made by T.P Dass of Calcutta, India, marked with the maker's details to the bases and date from the late 19th century.

These handsome silver holders which are designed as dancing figures have good detail, card slots on the back so could also be used to display photographs, business cards or menus and also look stunning on display just on their own.

These charming pieces would make fine additions for menu holder or Indian silver collectors and would make a lovely gift.
