This handsome oval tray which is made of a dark English oak has a central shell inlay design, two wooden handles, sits on four bun silver plated feet and is a very nice antique piece.

This stylish gallery tray that dates from the late 19th century / early 20th century has silver plated fittings and is marked with EPNS to the handle plate.

Being a nice large size this is an ideal tray to display your cocktail accessories on and also looks great on display.

Maker: Hammond, Creake & Co (Saint Arnaud Creake) St Mary's Road, Sheffield.

Marked to handle: Maker's mark for Saint Arnaud Creake.

Dimensions: Length including handles: 59.5 cm (23 1/2"). Width: 43 cm (17"). Height to top of handles: 7.5 cm (3").

Weight: 2.432 kg.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with some signs of use in keeping with age. No holes, breaks or splits. Some light wear to silver plate, shrinkage to inlay, very light surface scratches and some small areas of tarnish. Please see pictures.
