This quality silver plated wine bottle stopper which dates from the early 20th century is by renowned German maker WMF.

This handsome stopper has a bear figure finial, is marked with the maker's mark and has been fitted with a new cork.

The bottle stopper fits a standard bottle of wine and looks stylish when being used.

Material: Silver plate.

Date: c1920.

Marked: WMF.

Dimensions: Width: 3.5 cm (1 1/4"). Depth: 2.5 cm (1"). Height: 7 cm (2 3/4").

Condition: Excellent antique condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. A new cork has been fitted so fits well in bottles. Please see pictures.
