This 12 panel design Tiento leather football which has 5 pairs of lace holes, dates from the 1930's and is the same style of ball that was used in the first half of the first World Cup final between Argentina and Uruguay in 1930. There is a bladder inside but this does not inflate.

The first World Cup final saw Argentina and Uruguay fail to agree on which ball they should use, so Argentina's ball was used in the opening half, and Uruguay's in the second.

This genuine 1930's ball is an interesting piece of collectable football memorabilia that looks great on display.

Details of the match along with pictures of the original football can be found on wikipedia -

Weight: 358 grams.

Date: 1930's.
