This fantastic quality antique Corpus of Jesus Christ which dates from the 18th century is made of heavy solid bronze (not hollow) and has wonderful detail.

This religious figure has a beautiful dark brown patina, is nice and heavy and has holes in the hands and feet so could be fixed to a cross or wall.

Would make a very stylish decorator's piece.

Date: 18th century.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Has a nice aged dark patina. Some rubbed areas and old paint on the reverse. Please see pictures.
