This stylish antique French toleware Chocolat Revillon advertising wall clock which dates from the second quarter of the 20th century has a wavy outer, is made of painted metal and is in excellent condition.

This highly decorative advertising clock would have originally been hung in a French Chocolate shop or cafe to advertise Chocolat Revillon and has lots of charm.

Chocolat Revillon refers to chocolates made by the French chocolatier Revillon who make high quality gourmet chocolates and are famous for making tradition papillotes which are individually wrapped in foil and have a quote or message inside. These are a traditional Christmas speciality in France.

This sought after clock has a hanging hook to the reverse so can be easily hung on a wall and has had a modern quartz battery movement fitted for convenience.

Would make a wonderful feature in a cafe, coffee shop, pattisserie, chocolate shop, bar, hotel or in the home.

Condition: Excellent vintage / antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light surface scratches, small chips and wear. The hands are the originals but the movement has been replaced with a modern Seiko quartz battery movement for convenience. Please see pictures.
