This wonderful antique table tennis set which dates from c1900 comes in it's wooden storage box which is marked to the inside with A.J. Rudd. The Sports Depot. 54 London Street, London.

The set comes complete with two table tennis bats which have wood handles, made of vellum, have decorative red bindings to the edges and also have A.J. Rudd labels, a ping pong ball, table tennis rules leaflet, table net clamps with net and comes in the original wood case.

This very nice ping pong set is a wonderful piece for any games enthusiast or antique sporting goods collector.

Dimensions of box: Length: 50 cm (19 3/4"). Width: 20 cm (8"). Height: 10.5 cm (4").

Total weight: 1752 g.

Condition: Very good antique condition with some age related wear. The bats are in good condition with the vellum having no rips or tears but the vellum is a little loose on one bat. The box has some wear to the edges, chips, cracks, fading and the green lining has holes and wear. Some old worm holes that have been treated. Please see pictures.
