This charming antique walking stick cane which dates from the late 19th to early 20th century has it's handle in the form of a golf club so could be used for a sneaky game on a Sunday walk and is a good length at 91 cm.

From the 1890's it was frowned upon to play golf on a Sunday and many courses were not open so small headed golf clubs were manufactured which could be disguised as a walking stick. These became known as Sunday Sticks.
