This antique tennis racket press which is made of wood has a brass carrying handle, metal fittings and comes complete with three original wooden dividers so will take up to 4 tennis rackets.

A nice quality press that is perfect for displaying your antique and vintage rackets. Would make an ideal display item for a tennis club, shop or prop.

Date: c1900.

Dimensions: Length: 38 cm (13"). Width: 28 cm (11").

Width between the two bottom screws: 22 cm (8 1/2"). (Will fit rackets up to this width).

Weight: 2.886 Kg.

Condition: Very good antique condition with age related wear, scratches, marks and small chips. The press has been altered at some time in the past by adding the wood extenders so the press could take larger rackets. Brass and metal parts have some tarnish and wear. Butterfly nuts work as they should. Please see pictures.
