This French Champagne cooler which is made of silver plate is by renowned French silversmith Deschamps Freres of Paris, France and dates from the mid 20th century.

This handsome wine bottle holder which has a wonderful modernist design with it's two stylish handles is a quality piece, a good weight and is marked with the maker's marks to the underside.

A very nice vintage piece that is idea for use in a home bar, hotel or restaurant.

Material: Silver plate.

Date: c1940.

Marks: Marked to underside with maker's mark of D FE: & Rooster's head for Deschamps Freres, Paris, France.

Weight: 1 kg.

Condition: Very good used vintage condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light surface scratches and a few light marks from use. Please see pictures.
