This handsome antique English Oak serving bowl which dates from c1900 has a silver plated rim which is marked EPNS.

This salad bowl has two silver plated handles, a vacant shield cartouche, wooden footed base and comes with it's white ceramic liner.

A very nice usable antique piece that could also be used for fruit, nuts or just a decorative bowl.

Material: Oak. Silver plate. Ceramic bowl.

Date: c1900.

Dimensions: Diameter including handles: 31 cm (12 1/4"). Diameter: 24 cm (9 1/2"). Height: 14.5 cm cm (5 3/4").

Condition: Very good antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some marks / wear to the bottom of the ceramic liner. Blank cartouche. Please see pictures.
