This antique walking cane which was made in 1899 from a beautiful piece of thorn wood has an ornately decorated hallmarked silver collar and handle cap which is also engraved with John Venman.
This fine quality Victorian stick is made by top specialist cane and stick manufacturer Jonathan Howell & Co Ltd and is tipped off with a brass ferrule.
This handsome cane would make a very nice addition for a walking stick collector.

Condition: Very good usable antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some scratches and bruises to silver and general wear. There is a natural curve to the stick being made of thorn wood. Please see pictures.
