This extra large size lockable hip flask which is made of electroplated silver has a hinged flip / bayonet top, dates from c1900 and is made by renowned maker James Dixon & Sons.
This antique flask is an extra large size holding 1 1/4 pints, the bayonet top cap seals well and does not leak and is marked to the bottom with the maker's marks for James Dixon & Sons and 1 1/4 pints.
This oversize hip flask unusually has a lock and key which locks the bayonet top to protect your liquor.
In very nice usable condition and an unusual piece so would make a great gift.
