This vintage / antique half Coco De Mer which dates from the first half of the 20th century is a nice large example and is unpolished so would make a wonderful display piece.

This palm tree nut seed which is native to the Seychelles is known as the coconut of the sea, is the largest and heaviest seed in the world and only grown in the Seychelles.

A highly sought after piece that looks great on display and has a hook on the reverse so has been hung on a wall.

Date: First half of the 20th century.

Condition: Very good antique / vintage unpolished condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Hook fitted to the reverse. Please see pictures.
