This handsome Milliner's mechanical hat stretcher which dates from c1900 sits on it's wooden base and has a large metal handle which opens and closes the wooden hat section to adjust the size when turned.

This attractive hat sizer would also make a wonderful display piece either on it's own or for displaying hats and wigs.

Dimensions: Length: 34 cm (13 1/2"). Width: 18.5 cm (7 1/4"). Height: 33 cm (13").

Condition: Very good used antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age leaving a wonderful patina and look. Some small chips, cracks, bruises and age related wear from use. Opens and closes as it should. Please see pictures.
