This novelty silver plated vintage drinks 1 oz spirit measure which dates from the mid 20th century is by Napier Company and is a fun bar accessory.

This American jigger is the one finger design with a hand showing one finger to represent 1 oz and with the number 1 to the outside. The underside is signed Napier.

A rare barware item that is an unusual collector's piece.
