This handsome set of four sterling silver menu holders which are of fine quality are made by Horrace Woodward & Co Ltd and are fully hallmarked.

These menu holders which are designed as shields come complete in their original wooden box that has red velvet lining and could also be used to display a photograph, party invitation, business card or look very nice on display just on their own.

These have a blank shield cartouche so could be engraved and would make a great piece for a silver or menu holder collector or would make a wonderful gift.

Maker: Horrace Woodward & Co Ltd.

Hallmarked: Fully hallmarked with Lion for sterling silver. Birmingham. Maker's mark for Horrace Woodward & Co Ltd. Two have date letter o for 1913. One has date letter h for 1907 and one has date letter f for 1905.

They are also marked with the registration no: 454420 for 1906.

Dimensions of each menu holder: Approx - Length: 35 mm (1 1/4"). Width: 35 mm (1 1/4"). Height: 35 mm (1 1/4").

Total weight for all 4 menu holders (not including box): 94.5 g.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. No holes, breaks, splits or damage. Some very light surface scratches. Please see pictures.
