This very stylish solid silver Arts Deco design dish which is by top silversmith Walker & Hall is of excellent quality and fully hallmarked to the top for Sheffield 1937.

This handsome dish has a fabulous look and sits on it's raised central pedestal foot which has engine turning decoration and is also marked to the underside for Walker & Hall, Sheffield.

This dish not only looks beautiful on display but is ideal for use as a fruit or serving dish.

Material: Solid silver.

Date: 1937.

Maker: Walker & Hall.

Hallmarks: Lion for Sterling silver. Sheffield. Date letter u for 1937. Maker's mark W&H for Walker & Hall.

Also marked to underside of foot with Walker & Hall Sheffield and number 64339.

Dimensions: 20.5 cm (8"). Height: 4 cm (1 1/2").

Weight: 308 g.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with only very light signs of use in keeping with age. A couple of pin head size dings. Please see pictures.
