This unusual cribbage board which is made of ebony, is in the shape of a spade playing card suit, has a silver plaque with four playing cards set to the centre and a silver plaque with a blank spade shaped cartouche to the handle.

This Victorian crib board is fully hallmarked to the central silver plaque for 1900, has a storage opening to the underside which slides to store your crib pegs, sits on three bun feet and comes complete with some red and white marker pegs.

A very nice antique piece that would make a wonderful gift for a card enthusiast.

Material: Silver. Ebony.

Date: 1900.

Hallmark: Lion for sterling silver. Anchor for Birmingham. Date letter a for 1900 and maker's mark W & Co.

Total weight: 230 g.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light surface scratches and a small ding to the silver central plaque. Please see pictures.
