This fabulous Edwardian tan croc leather bridge box which is made by top maker De La Rue dates from 1911, is decorated to the top of the lid with a stylish Bridge in silver, has 4 hallmarked silver playing card suit corners and a hallmarked silver clasp.

This beautiful quality box comes with it's 2 packs of Goodall & Son playing cards, a Bridge instruction booklet and 2 Bridge scoring blocks with pencils.

A very fine Bridge set that is an ideal gift for a Bridge enthusiast.

Material: Leather. Solid silver.

Date: 1910/11.

Hallmarks: Fully hallmarked to the four top corner pieces of the lid with Lion for sterling silver. Leopard's head for London. Date letter q for 1911. Maker's mark DLR LD for De La Rue Ltd. Also marked to the clasp with date letter p for 1910.

Condition: Very good used antique condition with some signs of use in keeping with age. Some wear to the leather corners and an old repair. Please see pictures.
