This beautiful large oval gallery tray which is made of English oak has solid silver fittings to the gallery and two wood / silver plated handles.

The tray which dates from 1907 has a central oval solid silver hallmarked plaque which is nicely engraved and is made by Hammond, Creake & Co (Saint Arnaud Creake) of Sheffield.

This handsome tray which is a good size is a nice quality piece having a solid silver gallery rail that not only looks great with it's stylish design but is also a nice usable accessory for displaying your barware etc.

Hallmarked to gallery fittings and central silver plaque: Lion for sterling silver. Crown for Sheffield. Date letter P for 1907 and maker's mark SAC for Hammond, Creake & Co (Saint Arnaud Creake) St Mary's Road, Sheffield.

Dimensions: 57 cm (22 1/2") Length including handles. 39 cm (15 1/2") Width. 8 cm (3 1/4") Height to top of handles.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with only light signs of use in keeping with age. No holes, breaks, splits or damage. Please see pictures.
