This handsome antique dog portrait of a St Bernard is a nicely executed oil on canvas which dates from the 1920's. The canvas is signed on the bottom right with the British artist's details of L.M. Webb and dated 1929.

This well painted oil painting sits in it's gilt wooden frame and displays well so would make a good decorative piece.

L. M. Webb is an artist born in the 19th century who specialised in painting animals such as dogs, cats and horses.
