This charming tennis trophy cup which is made of solid silver features three crossed tennis rackets with balls, sits on it's fitted black base and is fully hallmarked for 1923.

The silver cup has an interesting inscription that reads: Tenby 1881 - 1931.

This trophy would have been produced for the 50th Anniversary of Tenby Tennis Club.

A very nice cup that would make a wonderful collector's piece for a tennis fan and looks great on display.

Material: Solid Silver.

Date: 1923.

Hallmark: Lion for sterling silver. Anchor for Birmingham. Date letter y for 1923 and maker's mark L&S for Levi & Salaman.

Height - 12 cm (4 3/4") approx on base.

Weight: 89 grams including base.

Condition: Good antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. A few very light marks and light surface bruises. No breaks or splits. Please see pictures.
