This pair of handsome oak bookends which are by Thornton Smith Company are wonderfully made in the form of cricket stumps, miniature bats and red cricket balls.

A very nice quality item for a cricket fan that was handmade in c1930 and still have a maker's label attached to one. A fantastic gift and would look cool in a home office or sports bar.

Condition: Excellent used antique condition with signs of use in keeping with age. A few small nibbles, chips and bumps leaving a nice patina. Please see pictures.
