This handsome antique walking cane which dates from 1910 has a beautiful round tortoiseshell ball handle, stylish stud design silver collar, wooden shaft, brass tip and is a nice weight.
This quality stick is a good length at 92 cm long and is made by William Neale & Son Ltd.
The silver collar is fully hallmarked for 1910 and has an inscription that reads:
Presented To John Street By A Few Colleagues Of The Water Dept 31 May 1912.This fine cane would make a wonderful piece for a walking stick collector.

Hallmark: Lion for sterling silver. Anchor for Birmingham. Date letter l for 1910 and maker's mark W.N for William Neale & Son Ltd.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some scratches, a few bruises and general wear. Please see pictures.
