This charming miniature antique hip flask which is made of silver is fully hallmarked to every section for 1894, has a detachable hallmarked silver cup, hinged flip / bayonet top and is made by renowned silversmith James Dixon and Sons.

The bayonet top is tight and seals well so does not leak. The detachable cup is in clean condition.

A quality Victorian flask that has a wonderful petite charm so would make a nice gift.

Hallmarks: Fully hallmarked for silver, Crown for Sheffield, makers mark J.D & S for James Dixon and Sons. Date letter b. Hallmarked to the cup, flask body, top and collar.

Date: 1894.

Dimensions: 10 cm (4") High. 6 cm (2 1/4") Wide. 2 cm (3/4") Deep.

Total weight: 92 grams.

Condition: Good usable antique condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. A few bruises to front of body, some light surface scratches and tarnish. The lid has been fitted with a new cork and closes tightly with no leaks. No splits, holes or breaks. Good clean cup. No monogram. Please see pictures.
