This stylish Champagne wine cooler which is made of excellent quality silver plate is by top French silversmith Christofle, is their Ormesson model from Christofle's Gallia collection and dates from the 2nd half of the 20th century.

This vintage wine bucket which has a stylish look has shell design side handles, sits on it's raised base which is marked to the underside with the Christofle Gallia details and feels very heavy so is a quality piece.

A wonderful usable piece of high quality vintage French barware that also looks stunning on display.

Marks: Marked to base with the maker's marks for Christofle: Prod Christofle. The Christofle Chess piece OC mark. Rooster. Gallia.

Condition: Very good used vintage condition with light signs of use in keeping with age. Some light surface scratches and pitting from use. The inside is clean with a little wear. Please see pictures.
