This interesting pair of WW2 ski snowshoes which are made of wood, rope and canvas date from 1941 and are marked with the British military broad arrow, 1941 and the maker's details of Goodearl Brothers Ltd.

This WW2 pair of snowshoes were made for the military and were designed to allow the wearer to walk or slide on snow for better agility and speed in combat.

These not only make a great collector's piece for a military enthusiast but also would make wonderful decorative items for a ski lodge or winter chalet with their original well used aged look.
